Pro-EDI acts as a project management system, allowing you to store all relevant data (including proposals, drawings, field checks info and project notes) for all of your projects in one place.

The included electronic catalog makes finding just the right model number easy. You are able to drill down (filter) to the desired item by means of textual and visual search criteria.

All of the drawings (Shop drawings, field check drawings and 3D presentation drawings) are a byproduct of the quote and generated more or less automatically. Absolutely no CAD skills required.

Easily place building items such as walls, columns, doors, windows, electrical outlets, sink plumbing and so forth in each elevation.

Automatically copy and mirror elevations. When mirroring elevations that contain handed model numbers (e.g. single door cabinets), the model numbers are automatically exchanged for the other hand model number.

L-shape and U-shape (or any given angled corner) elevation can be drawn as one elevation if desired. Automated corner solutions aid in this process.

A global change feature allows the user to change multiple cabinets in an elevation or in several elevations with one command.

A flexible and automated phasing feature allows the user to break larger jobs into multiple phases if needed.

Generate 3D presentation drawings with just a single click. Animate 3D presentation drawings on screen. Ability to make various section cuts through the 3D model. Apply your color swatches as textures to the 3D model. Make fronts transparent, so user can see interior of cabinets. All these features can be accomplished with a simple single mouse click. Again, no CAD skills necessary.

Generate floor plans with elevation call outs in just a few steps.

The reports section of the software gives users access to several reports, all of which can be customized to the users needs. Some of the core reports for any given project include a purchase order to the manufacturer, a quotation or estimate to the end user, an installation summary report as well as the various drawings (shop drawings, field check drawings, floor plans, presentation drawings).

Once the user has completed a project, the project analyze feature will examine the entire job for known mistakes and unusual circumstances. E.g. it can add missing hardware automatically or point out any missing cabinet options that are required. It may also detect savings opportunities by combining two neighboring cabinets into a combo cabinet if it exists in the product line.

The import and export capabilities of the software allow you to share your projects with other colleagues or the manufacturer. Several formats are supported when placing the order with the manufacturer, so the dataflow from the dealers quotation into the manufacturers production system cab be executed.

Pro-EDI comes with a database management tool that allows the manufacturer (and/or dealer if required) to add, delete and modify  the available product lines. Since Pro-EDI is a parametric program, extensive help is given in modifying and establishing the necessary formulas.

Pro-EDI comes fully loaded with your specific product lines in terms of model numbers, pricing, drawings of your items, report requirements and so forth. It is a turnkey system, with no setup required by the end user.

Cloud database support also gives the manufacture great control as to whom has access to the software at any given time (e.g. if dealer no longer works with the manufacturer).
